Laura Nateri is the Country Head of Italy at Lazard Asset Management (Deutschland) GmbH (Milan) and coordinates Lazard Fund Managers' distribution in Italy. She began working in the investment field in 1994. Prior to joining Lazard in July 2017, Laura Nateri was Country Head Italy and Head of Business Development for Aberdeen Asset Management Italy. Laura joined Aberdeen in 2009 from Credit Suisse, contributing to the launch of the new Milan branch and to the development of the Italian business in all channels. Previously, she worked 2 years as Vice President for Credit Suisse and was responsible for the development of wholesale and distribution channel. Before that, she worked 13 years for BNL – BNP Group first in the Finance division and in the core business of the bank, and since 2000 as a portfolio manager and fund analyst in the asset management company of the group. She has graduated cum laude in Economics and Business at LUISS University in Rome.

Federica Oldani is a CMS Marketing Vice President located in Milan. She began working in the investment field in 2014. Prior to joining Lazard in 2017, Federica worked as Marketing Representative in Global Funds Europe, third party marketer of Lazard Frères Gestion funds for the Italian market. She holds a Master of Science in Management from Università della Svizzera Italiana and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bocconi University.

Francesca Spera is an Institutional Sales Manager on the Third Party Distribution team located in Milan. Prior to joining Lazard in 2014, she was in fund sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, first covering Italian clients and then developing the fund business in Spain and Portugal. Before that, Francesca worked in Equity derivatives and structured product sales at Merrill Lynch International in London where she started her career in 2007. She has an MSc in Law & Accounting from the London School of Economics, London – United Kingdom and a BSc in Economics & Business from Università degli Studi G. D’Annunzio Pescara – Italy. Francesca is a native Spanish speaker, and fluent in Italian and English.

Lorenzo Piacentini is the Head of Third Party Distribution for Lazard Fund Managers' distribution in Italy. Prior to joining Lazard in January 2017, Lorenzo was a Senior Advisor at Global Funds Europe where he was responsible for the promotion and sales of Lazard Frères Gestion funds to wholesale clients in Italy. He has an investment banking background, having spent more than twenty years holding senior sales positions at Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Paribas based both in London and in Milan. He has a BSc in Economics from Università degli Studi di Pisa. Lorenzo is Chapter Head of CAIA Italy.

Luca Argenziano is a Client Service Associate with the Financial Institutions Group. He began working in the investment field upon joining Lazard in 2022 after completing an internship at the firm in 2021. He holds a BSc in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University.
