Casey Whalen is a Managing Director, Head and Chief Investment Officer of Lazard Family Office Partners. She began working in the investment field in 1996. Prior to joining Lazard in 2023, Casey served as Truvvo Partners’ CEO and Chief Investment Officer. She was a founding member of the firm and served on the Investment Committee. Prior to founding Truvvo, Casey held leadership positions in the endowment space including her role as the first Chief Investment Officer of The New York Public Library with a mandate to create the Office of Investments. Previously, she was Director of Public Investments for The Rockefeller University, served in various roles in the Yale University Investments Office and went on to work for one of Yale’s real estate investment managers, Brookdale Realty, based in Atlanta. Casey graduated with a BA from Yale University and is a board member of the Yale Swimming and Diving Association. She is a CFA® Charterholder and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. Casey serves as the Chair of the Investment Committee of the Rockefeller Family Fund.

Alison Rosenzweig is a Managing Director and Investment Research Officer at Lazard Family Office Partners. She began working in the investment field in 1998. Prior to joining Lazard in 2023, Alison served as Truvvo’s Head of Credit investments. Previously, she held various roles at Angelo, Gordon Advisors, LLC, Wells Fargo Capital Markets and Oliver, Wyman & Company. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a CFA® Charterholder.

Danielle B. Roseman is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Family Office Services for Lazard Family Office Partners. She began working in the investment field in 2007. Prior to joining Lazard in 2023, Danielle was Managing Director, Head of Operations with Truvvo Partners, LLC. She has a BS in Finance from Binghamton University

Jerome C. Antenen is a Managing Director and Head of Equity Strategies for Lazard Family Office Partners. Prior to joining Lazard in 2023, Jerome was Managing Director and Head of Equity Investments of Truvvo Partners. Previously, Jerome was an Associate Director at Quellos Group LLC (acquired by BlackRock, Inc.) and an Analyst at Deutsche Banc Alex Brown Inc. in the investment banking division and a member of the Private Equity Finance Group. Jerome is a graduate from Georgetown University (BSBA, cum laude). He is a CFA Charterholder and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Kenneth Colton is a Managing Director and senior member of the Private Client Group. His responsibilities include working with families, family offices, and endowments and foundations. Prior to joining Lazard in 1993, Ken served as a portfolio manager for Kidder Peabody Asset Management and Prudential Bache Investment Management. His other past affiliations included Bierbaum, Martin and The Barrington Group. Ken began working in the investment field in 1984. He has a BS from Guilford College and is a CFA® charterholder.

Christopher J. Schumacher is a Director for Lazard Family Office Partners. He began working in the investment field in 1999. Prior to joining Lazard in 2023, Chris was focused on providing investment and financial planning solutions to family office and ultra-high-net-worth clients with UBS Private Wealth Management, Geller Advisors, and Papamarkou Wellner Asset Management. He began his career working with non-for-profit and other institutional clients at Cambridge Associates LLC. He has an MS (Hons) in International Transportation Management focused in International Logistics from SUNY Maritime College and a BA from Gettysburg College. Chris is also a Naval Officer in the US Navy Reserve.

Christopher Tiano is a Director, Business Development & Relationships for Lazard Family Office Partners. He began working in the investment field in 2013. Prior to joining Lazard in 2024, Chris spent eight years leading business development efforts as a Senior Vice President at Focus Financial Partners and Business Development Director at Glenmede Trust Co. Previously, Chris held positions in investment banking and private equity. Chris has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Columbia University.

Ella Curren is a Client Relationship Manager in the Private Client Group. Her responsibilities include working with families, family offices, and Endowments and Foundations. She began working in the investment field upon joining Lazard in 2012. Ella has an MBA in Finance, Sustainable Business and Management from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BA in History from Bowdoin College.

Michael Kaplan is a Director on the Lazard Family Office Partners team, where he is responsible for working with families, family offices and Endowments and Foundations. Prior to joining Lazard in 2023, Michael worked at HSBC as a Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets (x-Asia) on the International Equity desk. Previously, he was Head of Equities in North America for ING Financial Markets LLC. Michael also worked on the International Equity desk at Morgan Stanley, and he started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Salomon Brothers Inc. Michael received an MBA in Finance from the Northwestern, J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.S., Magna cum laude, in Accounting from the Syracuse University, Whitman School of Management.

Nicholas W. Smith is a Director, Portfolio & Wealth Advisor for Lazard Family Office Partners. He began working in the investment field in 2011. Prior to joining Lazard in 2024, Nick was focused on providing ultra-high-net-worth clients with proactive, highly personalized advice across investment management and wealth planning at Merrill Lynch, Bessemer Trust, and Fiduciary Trust International. He has an MBA from Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Political Science from Denison University.

Pete Boisi is a Director on the Lazard Family Office Partners team, responsible for Private Strategies. He began working in the investment field in 2012. Prior to joining Lazard in 2023, Pete was a Director with Truvvo Partners where he was responsible for Real Assets and Illiquid Credit strategies. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, within the Debt Capital Markets division. He earned a BA in History from Yale University where he was a member of the varsity football team. Pete is a Young Professional Advisory Board member for Mentor New York, a non-profit organization that supports mentoring programs in the state of New York. He is also a CFA® Charterholder.

Thomas Papa is a Compliance Director for Lazard Family Office Partners. As Compliance Director, Thomas is generally responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures. Thomas also acts as the fund controller for certain private offerings established within Lazard Family Office Partners. He joined the investment field in 1992. Prior to joining Lazard in 2023, Thomas served as Chief Compliance Officer for Truvvo Partners LLC. Previously, Thomas held various roles at Post Rock Advisors, Ivy Asset Management Corp., Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and BDO Seidman. He has a BS in Accounting from Fordham University. Thomas serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Chris Carrino Foundation for FSHD and is a Certified Public Accountant.
