Applicable Law

 

The laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law shall govern these Terms of Use. If you take legal action relating to these Terms of Use, you agree to file such action only in state or federal court within the State of Delaware, and you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purposes of litigating any such actions. If any part of these Terms of Use is or becomes unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. You agree that any cause of action you have with respect to your use of this Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, or it will be deemed to have been waived.
