Currency's Comeback: Seeking to Add Value from FX in the New World of Interest-Rate Volatility
The return of interest-rate volatility across the global economy and sharp currency shifts have reminded many investors of the potential for adding value through foreign exchange (FX). We look at three aspects of FX markets, starting with potential pressure points for the US dollar. We also outline why, contrary to much market opinion, we believe the outlook for many emerging markets currencies looks comparatively positive.
